Great location close to all of surfers eateries, kids zone, beach and pubs. The entire apartment is clean and tidy

The apartment was spacious, and the beds were comfortable The apartment was clean with washing facilities. Apartment 22303 had great views and a balcony. Close to the tram line and the closeness to cavill Avenue 30 steps away. Close to all eating facilities. Although on the same street as nightclubs could barely hear it. Good gym facilities, and pool.

Fantastic location, well appointed apartment in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Location was amazing. Apartment was well laid out with adequate kitchen utensils/plates etc for cooking meals. Nice and clean, comfy bed.

Great apartment, excellent value for the price, we will be happy to return to it again. The location is excellent, close to the sea, the center with all the restaurants and the supermarket. The view from the top floor was stunning. The apartment and the kitchen are equipped with everything you need for living.

Great location. beautiful waterfront apartment. had a lot of necessary kitchen items. Bbq area was perfect and a couple pools to choose from. very clean linen and towels was a beautiful corner location with sun on the balcony's all day long. beds were super comfy. room to move. Love to come back again.

Good value and great location. For what you pay in the middle of surfers paradise and what you get is good value for money. Enough space so all attendees were comfortable and a large couch we could all fit around. Thank you!

As usual the room at Orchid Residences was immaculately presented. I had a 37th floor 3 bedroom unit with a great view of the beach and the hinterland. All fixtures and fittings were in good working order. Bedding and towels are excellent quality, providing a great nights sleep and bathroom luxury. Initial consumables, tea/coffee/cleaning and toiletries take the hassle from immediate shopping so you can settle in after travelling. Location is in the heart

The apartment is very spacious. It's good for medium to big groups. The view from this apartment is superb. We witnessed the sunrise everyday and few minutes walk to the shops. Beachfront and pools. The apartment is bit OLD but it was compensated with other things it can offer. Would definitely gonna come again.

Excellent location. Supermarket just right below the apartment. Can walk to the beach and stores in 5 mins. The view was spectacular. We were able to see the sunrise on the surface of the ocean just right in our room.

Great location. 10 mins from beach . Restaurants and shops just outside front door. Great cafe in the foyer of Hotel for morning coffee! Great 2 bedroom apartment with amazing views ! Love the safety of keys to get to apartment floors and separate lifts from the Hotel. Pool is lovely added extra as well.

This is one of the best place for your next stay.. clean apartment felt just like home. Spacious room clean and big bathroom…quiet and relaxing area and best of all the view.
